About the Role

The Housekeeping Supervisor supports the Head Housekeeper by overseeing daily operations, ensuring that every guest room and public area meets the brand's luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff in their daily duties.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with presentation and hygiene standards.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Monitor and manage schedules, workloads, and performance.
• Report operational issues and liaise with other hotel departments.

Candidate Profile

• Prior housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Professional, approachable, and guest focused.
