About the Role

We are looking for a hands on Housekeeping Supervisor to help maintain the exceptional standards our guests expect from a luxury countryside escape.

Our accommodation is wonderfully varied, ranging from elegant Manor House rooms to eco friendly lodges and spacious self catering cottages. Each space has been thoughtfully designed to connect guests with the natural surroundings while delivering comfort and style.

In this role, you'll ensure every guest arrival feels special - whether it's a lodge with a private hot tub overlooking the valley or a cosy cottage prepared for a family break. Your attention to detail and pride in presentation will play a key part in creating those all important first impressions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conducting detailed checks across all accommodation types to ensure they meet our high standards
• Supporting the day to day coordination of the housekeeping team, including task allocation and priorities
• Helping maintain smooth operations across a diverse and busy resort environment
• Monitoring stock levels of housekeeping supplies and ensuring everything is well organised
• Working closely with Reception, Maintenance, and other teams to ensure rooms are guest ready on time
• Reporting and following up on maintenance issues to keep accommodation in top condition
• Preparing for guest arrivals, including special requests, to deliver a seamless experience

What We're Looking For

• Previous housekeeping experience, ideally with supervisory responsibilities
• A strong eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A positive, team focused approach with excellent communication skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to support colleagues across departments
