WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You'll be the sparkle behind the sparkle - making sure rooms are immaculate, standards are stay high, and the team feels confident, supported and ready for the day.

AS OUR HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR, YOU WILL:

• Lead, coach, and motivate our housekeeping team.
• ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned to excepetional standards.
• support with training new staff and refreshing skills.
• carry out daily checks to maintain consistency and quality.
• coordinate shift plans and help the team work efficiently.
• be that positive energy who keeps everyone smiling and moving forward.
