Rubislaw Park Care Home is an award-winning care and nursing facility, based in Aberdeen's West End. We provide exceptional Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care for up to 86 residents.

We are now looking for a dedicated and organised Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping operations and lead a team committed to excellence. Your role will be central to ensuring our home is maintained to the highest standards, creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

• £13.00 per hour
• Paid PVG, pension scheme, uniform provided, and onsite parking
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)

What You Will DoAs Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead and support the housekeeping team, ensuring daily cleaning and laundry tasks are completed to the highest standard. You will organise schedules, delegate responsibilities, and provide ongoing training and guidance to your team.

You will be responsible for monitoring cleanliness across residents' rooms and communal areas, managing stock and ordering supplies, and ensuring health, safety, and infection control procedures are always followed. Working closely with management and other departments, you will ensure smooth communication and a consistent, high-quality service throughout the home.

What We're Looking For

• Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping or a similar role
• Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Knowledge of health, safety, and infection control practices
• A proactive, professional, and approachable manner
