Housekeeping Staff Housing

A dozen luxury hotels in Switzerland and France are part of Michel Reybier Hospitality. In world-famous Zermatt, the hotel portfolio includes the traditional Mont Cervin Palace 5 , the trendy new Schweizerhof 4 , and the historic Monte Rosa 4 .

We are looking for a Housekeeping Attendant for our staff housing.

Introduction

• Clean and maintain staff accommodation units, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

• Ensure common areas are clean and organized, including shared kitchens, lounges, hallways, stairways, and laundry rooms.

• Prepare rooms for new staff arrivals, performing deep cleaning, arranging bedding and linens, and ensuring the room is ready for occupancy.

• Conduct room inspections during staff check-out, reporting damages, missing items, or maintenance issues to the Housing Supervisor.

• Restock essential supplies such as paper products, soap, and cleaning materials in common areas.

• Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards in staff housing facilities.

• Follow company safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards, including the proper use of cleaning products and equipment.

• Support the smooth operation of staff housing by maintaining a tidy, safe, and welcoming living environment for employees.

Your main tasks

• The opportunity to rent accommodation in one of our staff houses, centrally located in Zermatt or Täsch

• A fitness room is available to our employees, as well as a wide range of sports activities in Zermatt

• Access to our pool area during designated staff swimming times

• Discounts on season or annual mountain railway passes with the Zermatt resident card

• For employees who do not wish or are unable to work both the winter and summer seasons in Zermatt, we provide support-together with our partner hotels-in finding a complementary position
