Housekeeping Attendant

We are now looking for a Housekeeping Attendant to join our lovely Housekeeping team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all after-room duties
• Attend to guest needs swiftly or find someone who can
• Report any damage, dirty or missing items during and after guests' stay.
• Ensure corridors, cupboards and cleaning buckets are cleaned on a daily basis
• Ensure checklists are signed at the end of your shift
• Work as a team to ensure all rooms are cleaned to the highest standard
• Service all rooms allocated to you
• Cover evening shift and public area duties as and when necessary
• Report any maintenance issues within the rooms, public area and grounds
• Ensure the consistency of impeccable standard of cleanliness throughout your work
• Assist in the cleanliness of all housekeeping areas
• Perform all additional allocated daily tasks
• Represent the department in a friendly and helpful manner to guests and colleagues alike
