Location: Located just 15 miles from Oxford, Old Swan & Minster Mill is in the picturesque village of Minster Lovell. The property combines a traditional English Inn and a modern riverside hotel.

Service Charge: The hotel pays a monthly service charge, typically around £150/month ( £2000/year), which is pooled and shared equally among all team members. 100% of the service charge is distributed to the staff.

Role Summary: As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will keep all front of house areas and guest bedrooms gleaming, ready to welcome guests. Candidates with no experience are welcome; this role focuses on personality and attitude, and we provide the necessary training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean rooms and lounge areas to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Stay up to date with COSHH training and safety procedures.
• Collaborate across departments, offering support as needed.
