Overview: This casual, part time role offers flexible working hours as a Bank Housekeeping Assistant at Barchester care homes. The position involves maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The role directly impacts the well being of residents and the overall atmosphere of the home.
Key responsibilities- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the care home, including washing, mopping, dusting, and waste removal.
- Provide support for residents' personal care areas and ensure all cleaned areas meet the care home's health and safety standards.
- Assist in preparing and cleaning shared and private rooms for residents and visitors.
- Work on an as needed basis to cover absences such as annual leave or sick leave, with variable hours and days.
You have a caring nature, are personable, and possess good practical skills. You are reliable, attentive to detail, and eager to make a positive difference. You will receive full training.
