Newcastle Hospital Cleaning Bank Part Time

£12.84 per hour

Various Shift Patterns over 7 days - covering holidays, sickness and busier times.

• Care for patients by organising your work and planning your time with help from Heads of Housekeeping to ensure that cleaning does not interfere with patient experience.
• Maintain friendly communication and good customer service skills when working with colleagues and patients.
• Be motivated, friendly and flexible.
• Ensure cleaning processes are followed and the location remains clean, pleasant and safe for patients.
• Work closely with the Infection Prevention team and report incidents to the relevant team members.

• Experience in a similar housekeeping role.

You will create a clean, safe and pleasant environment for patients by cleaning and preparing a range of areas, utilising the latest equipment and products, and supported by a first class training programme. General duties include room cleaning, waste removal, linen collection and deep cleaning.
