Housekeeper (Bank)

Housekeeper - Newcastle Hospital
Pay: £12.84 per hour, Part Time, Bank arrangement. Shift patterns: various over 7 days. Covers holidays, sickness and busier times.

We are looking for a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe and pleasant environment for patients. The role involves using the latest equipment and products and is supported by a first class training programme.

• Maintain cleanliness of rooms, waste removal, linen collection and deep cleaning.
• Organise and plan work to ensure cleaning does not interfere with patient experience.
• Communicate effectively and provide friendly customer service to patients and colleagues.
• Ensure cleaning processes are followed and the location remains safe and pleasant for patients.
• Work closely with the Infection Prevention team and report incidents to the relevant members.
