About the Role

The Mitre Hotel is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper to join our friendly housekeeping team. You'll play an important role in ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are presented to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard.
• Vacuum, dust, polish, and sanitise rooms and corridors.
• Report maintenance issues and lost property.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of the housekeeping team.

What We're Looking For

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual, and well organised.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required.
• A friendly and professional approach to guests and colleagues.
