The Blackheath Hospital in London is part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country.
We have an opportunity for a Housekeeper to join their team of staff in the Hotel Services department. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.
Responsibilities- Undertake the day-to-day cleaning of patient, public and employee areas.
- Maintain a safe and pleasant environment for patients, visitors and Circle Health Group employees.
- Replenish linen and consumables.
- Provide flexibility to work in all departments (including Theatre areas) and at other Circle Health Group sites where appropriate and as requested.
- Complete daily task sheets and submit to the Housekeeper Lead on a daily basis for auditing purposes.
- Comply with all relevant mandatory training.
- Competency in literacy and numeracy.
- Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
- Proficiency in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems.
