You will continually assess the domestic needs of all residents and, through the adherence to all policies and procedures ensure that delivery to the highest standards, through your teams, makes a true difference to each of our residents which contributes to the ongoing fulfilment of their lives.

What we require from you:
Experience of working within similar environment
Housekeeper/Team leader experience required.
A caring nature with ability to give everyone a personal approach.
Flexible and adaptable to changes at short notice.
Strong work ethic with solution-based approach to problem solving.
Work well under pressure without negative impact to those around you.
Warm, approachable, and engaging persona
Respect everyone, treating others as you would expect to be treated.

Person Specification Qualifications- Experience of working within a similar environment Housekeeper/Team leader experience required. A caring nature with ability to give everyone a personal approach.
