Summary

A formal, well-maintained family home in Maidenhead is seeking an experienced and highly organised part time Daily Housekeeper. The household employs a Nanny and currently has a cleaner, but the family now requires a more capable, proactive housekeeper who can take ownership of the home's organisation and day-to-day coordination.

This is a long term role suited to someone professional, discreet and confident managing a substantial property with antiques, glassware and multiple contractors. The ideal candidate will be hands on, detail-focused and comfortable working around pets and a busy family environment.

Key Responsibilities Housekeeping & Cleaning

• Thorough cleaning and upkeep of a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom formal home
• Care of antiques, fine furnishings and glassware
• Polishing silver
• Laundry, ironing and wardrobe organisation
• Organising cupboards, clothes and storage areas
• Using environmentally friendly cleaning products

Household Organisation & Management

• Coordinating external contractors such as window cleaners and chimney sweeps
• Overseeing routine household maintenance visits
• Managing dry cleaning drop off and collection
• Running local errands including food shopping and returns

Pet Care

• Feeding pets as required
• Comfortable working in a home with dogs and cats

• Proven experience as a housekeeper within a private household
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
