Household Catering Lead - Nourishing, Safe Meals (30h)

Belong Limited is seeking a catering professional to develop recipes and lead dietary compliant meals for residents at the village, reporting to the Bistro and Catering Manager. You will ensure meals are wholesome, nutritious, flavoursome and appetising, while maintaining health and safety standards.

You will also train and support the household teams, ensuring HACCP records are kept up to date and malnutrition prevention aligns with best practice guidelines. DBS check required.
