House Steward

We are currently recruiting for a House Steward to join our housekeeping team at The May Fair Hotel. This role comes with forward career progression.

Overview

An amazing opportunity to join Edwardian Hotels as House Steward/Housekeeping Cleaner.

Responsibilities

As a House Steward/Housekeeping Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring the public areas of the hotel are cleaned.

You will also assist with an ad hoc housekeeping duty as required.

Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered all times in line with our core values and standards, exceeding guest expectations.

Qualifications

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is required ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel or similar environment.

You must be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.

Be able to communicate with a basic command of English language.

Have a flexible and positive attitude at all times.
