We are looking for our pilot plant to work on a shift basis in 2 or 3 teams according to the production schedule. DESIRED PROFILE: Technical certificate preferred or deemed equivalent. Specific knowledge: basic tools (Word, SAP, Excel, Access, etc.). Ability to perform various tasks related to the chemical industry: assembly, disassembly, and cleaning of components (pumps, valves, pipes, etc.). Flexibility and quick adaptability. Strong technical skills. Ability to generate process ideas. Ability to integrate into the team. MAIN TASKS: Ensure the optimal operation of the pilot plant and maintain a handwritten protocol of the various points of the specification. Collect control samples reliably. Apply safety instructions and comply with the prescriptions and directives of the technical agent of the pilot in the training of new associates, temporary staff, and be capable of starting and stopping operations at points of failure in the system X of faults (SAP). Participate in the commissioning of a project with the various tests that arise from it. Conduct TQM tests.
