Hotel Room Attendant / Cleaner

Join our hotel housekeeping teams in our independent hotel group Clifton, Bristol! You'll clean hotel rooms within a boutique hotel environment, with a range of hours options available ranging from 10-15 hours per week (2-3 shifts) up to 20-25 hours per week (4-5 shifts).

Hours: Either 10-15 hours per week (2-3 shifts each week), 15 hours per week (3 shifts each week), or 20-25 hours per week (4-5 shifts each week) - let us know your preference when you apply! The Room Attendant position is rota-based including regular weekends.

Shift timings: Shifts start in the morning around 9am, finishing by around 2-3pm (shift duration is usually around 5-6 hours).

About the Room Attendant Role:

Join our friendly and supportive team in this part time Room Attendant position! You'll be based at one of our boutique hotels in the Clifton area (the Rodney Hotel, the Berkeley Square Hotel or the Washington Guesthouse). Duties of this role include

Helping to create an exceptional guest experience by keeping rooms fresh, clean, and welcoming

Making up beds, dust, vacuum, and clean bathrooms and surfaces - paying attention to every detail that makes a room shine

Taking ownership of your daily tasks, working independently most of the time, and joining forces with your housekeeping teammates when needed

Contributing to a positive and supportive work environment, where high standards and great teamwork go hand in hand

About you:

You take pride in turning every room into a welcoming retreat

You have a keen eye for detail and are thorough in your work

You're comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively

You have a communicative level of English

Experience in housekeeping / cleaning would be an advantage, but not a necessity

The next steps:

The interview process will involve a short telephone interview with a member of the HR team. Applicants who are successful at this stage will then be invited in to a short trial at the hotel (lasting approximately 2-3 hours).
