Hotel Restaurant Team Leader - Lead Service & Guest Experience

Drayton Manor Park Limited is looking for a Hotel Restaurant Team Leader to lead the team in a busy 250+ cover restaurant. The role requires operational skills at a 4 service level and the ability to motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
