Hotel Receptionist 38h/week, Customer-Focused, Employee-Owned

Alfa Holiday Group in Melrose, Scotland, is seeking a Hotel Receptionist to join Waverley Castle Hotel.

You will be the first point of contact for guests, check them in and out, handle general enquiries, manage rooming lists and invoices, and occasionally serve drinks in the bar. A friendly, organised touch is essential.
