A day in the life of

As a Nightshift Team Member you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and the property during night hours. You will perform a minimum of two security checks at regular intervals, with emphasis on security and fire safety. You will also help prepare breakfast at 6 am, manage daily liaison with guests and residents, and resolve complaints in a courteous, professional manner.

As an integral part of nighttime operations, your role extends beyond the front desk. You'll support food and beverage, maintenance and other areas, applying first class customer service skills and exemplary teamwork. This position offers cross departmental development opportunities and a unique contribution to the guest experience.

You'll play a crucial role in ensuring guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

What do we need from you?
  • Strong attention to detail: a keen eye to ensure all areas of the property are clean and presentable.
  • Effective communication skills: capability to interact with guests and staff members, and report issues or incidents to appropriate authorities.
  • Excellent customer service skills: approachable, friendly, and adept at handling guest complaints or requests.
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, including late night and early morning hours.

Note: We will only accept applicants who are 18 years or older, comfortable with an overnight shift pattern, and able to commute to and from the hotel.
