Hotel Managers

Back 4 Good are sourcing a number of Hotel Managers for one of our Back 4 Good partners.

The hotel is a busy and thriving Wedding and Banqueting business and we are looking for candidates with strong experience in the sector.

You will be accountable for the effective leadership of the hotel across all departments.

Analyse opportunities for the business in terms of cost control, productivity levels, and product development.

Identifying new business.

Ensure staffing levels as required and assist in the smooth running of the hotel.

Hands on in charge manager at major events in the hotel.

You should have at least 5 years relevant experience.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

Ability to manage and monitor.

Able to understand and use financial data.

Strong communications and interpersonal skills.

A self-starter.

A strong package is on offer with this role.
