About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel in Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the hotel, maintaining high standards of service, and driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Ensure all departments are running efficiently and in compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Guest Experience
- Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered at all times.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Financial Management
- Prepare and manage the hotel's budget, including revenue and expense forecasting.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
- Drive revenue growth through effective pricing strategies, upselling, and marketing initiatives.
- Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and professional development.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to staff.
- Sales and Marketing
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, travel agencies, and other partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Compliance and Safety
- Ensure the hotel complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
- Implement and maintain emergency procedures and protocols.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel management software and MS Office.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a guest-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
