Overview of the Job

To join our team, we are looking for a competent reception manager, general manager, operational manager, or reception supervisor. Our hotel's receptionist will serve as the initial point of contact.

Duties

• Be amiable and professional when greeting and assisting guests.

• Carry out secretarial tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
• Oversee office supplies and keep the reception area neat.
• Make appointments and help reserve meeting spaces.

Skills

• Able to use Google Suite effectively for work-related tasks
