Job Description
Premier Inn is seeking a Hotel Manager for Christchurch/Highcliffe to drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence at our hotel. You will lead a Dream Team, enforce brand standards, and develop your teams to deliver outstanding service in a busy hotel environment.
As Hotel Manager, you'll ensure safety, manage daily operations across front-of-house and back-of-house, and spot opportunities to improve performance while maintaining Premier Inn's renowned guest experience.
