Hotel Maintenance Technician - Cashel Palace Hotel

Cashel Palace Hotel is a meticulously restored 5-star luxury hotel located in the heart of historic Cashel, Co. Tipperary. Set within an elegant Palladian manor, the hotel combines heritage character with exceptional service, offering a refined guest experience across fine dining, spa, and premium accommodation.

We take pride in maintaining our hotel to the highest standards, ensuring a safe, beautiful environment for our guests and team. Our maintenance department plays a vital role in the ongoing care of our property, supporting both operational excellence and preservation of this iconic landmark.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Maintenance Person to join our team in Cashel.

Duties to include:

• Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks across all departments, general knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical and HVAC
• Addressing maintenance issues promptly and efficiently using the hotel's Maintenance App.
• Performing routine preventative maintenance tasks across all Cashel Palace Hotel Outlets
• Working 5 over 7 days (Monday to Sunday) 8.00am to 4.30pm or 10.30am to 7pm
• Weekend Work will apply on rotation basis.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a safe well organised working environment
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs performed

• Previous experience in Hotel or Hospitality Maintenance a distinct advantage.
• Minimum of 2 / 3 years' relevant experiencein a similar maintenance role.
• Relevant trade qualifications & knowledge ofHealth & Safety regulations.
• Strongorganisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A team player with a positive and professional attitude.
