Hotel Kitchen Technician & Porter - Cleanliness & Prep Pro

Louma Country Hotel is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Technician / Porter to support the culinary team and uphold the highest kitchen standards. You will contribute to cleanliness, stock management, equipment maintenance and safe food handling in line with HACCP principles.

You'll work closely with chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations, assist with deliveries, keep areas organised and assist in delivering a market-leading guest food experience. Evening and weekend shifts are expected.
