Job Description

Premier Inn in Dublin City Centre (O'Connell Street) is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead a 229-bedroom hotel kitchen and deliver a best-in-class dining experience.

You'll recruit and develop the kitchen team, manage stock and food margins, ensure health and safety standards, and drive KPI performance in a high-volume environment while benefiting from induction training and opportunities for progression.
