Hotel Kitchen Lead: Team, Quality & Profitability

Heeton Concept Hotels is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee the hotel's kitchen operations, reporting to the Hotel Manager. You will lead daily production, ensure brand standards, and maintain health and safety compliance.

You will manage rostering, staff development, budgeting, stock control and guest-focused food quality across outlets, while supporting events and bespoke catering.
