Hotel HR & Talent Lead (Dalata Academy)

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking an HR Executive to oversee and enhance recruitment and selection for hotel staff, and to champion training and development initiatives across properties. You will also support HR administration and act as a trusted advisor to hotel management.

With 1 year of HR experience, you will drive talent development, succession planning, and contribute to an inclusive, guest-focused hospitality culture across Ireland and the UK.
