AtDrayton Manor Resort, home to a popular theme park, zoo, and hotel, we're looking for an exceptional F&B Operations Manager to oversee our front-of-house food & beverage operations - including our restaurant and conferences & banqueting. What You'll Be Doing

Lead a High-Volume Operation

• Take full ownership of all FOH F&B operations across restaurant and events
• Ensure smooth, efficient service during peak trading and seasonal surges
• Act as the senior decision-maker during service

• Maintain a strong presence on the floor
• Step into service to support your team when it matters most
• Set and uphold exceptional service standards
• Deliver seamless service across restaurant dining and large-scale events
• Ensure every guest, from families to corporate clients, receives a memorable experience
• Handle challenges quickly, professionally, and confidently

Lead & Develop Your Team

• Inspire, coach, and develop Assistant Managers and supervisors
• Build a motivated, engaged, and high-performing team culture
• Oversee rotas, labour control, and team development

Oversee Events & Banqueting

• Ensure flawless delivery of conferences, weddings, and events
• Support high-profile and large-capacity functions
• Work closely with sales and operational teams to ensure perfect execution

Drive Performance & Standards

• Monitor performance and continuously improve service delivery
• Support cost control, stock management, and operational efficiency
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a senior F&B management role within a high-volume environment
• Strong background in both restaurant and events/banqueting operations
• A confident, hands-on leader who thrives under pressure
• Excellent organisational and team leadership skills
• A proactive problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude
