Duty Manager - South Mimms/Potters Bar Premier Inn

Location: Swanland Rd, Potters Bar EN6 3NH, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom.

Hours: 32 hours per week. Pay: Up to £14.36 per hour (day shift).

Responsibilities

• Manage a reliable, high performing hotel team to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead with experience from retail or similar roles, applying communication and organisational skills.
• Maintain health & safety standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a retail, hospitality or similar environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to inspire and support a team.
