The RoleAs our Hotel Duty Manager, you'll be a pivotal point of contact for our guests and team alike. You'll oversee daily operations, support Heads of Department, and ensure service runs seamlessly across the hotel - from check-in to dining to late-night guest requests.
You'll work across all hotel departments, gaining valuable experience in Front Office & Reception (using Opera Cloud), Food & Beverage outlets, and Housekeeping operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in hospitality - ideal if you've undertaken a Hospitality Management degree and want to apply your skills in a hands-on leadership role.

What You'll Do-
Lead the hotel during assigned shifts - acting as the senior decision-maker on property.
