Hotel Director

We are looking for an energetic, proactive and hands-on Hotel Manager to lead the pre-opening and operational development of our capsule lounge in Madrid Barajas Airport - part of the international GettSleep network.

• Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring top-tier service and operational excellence
• Recruit, train and develop a high-performing team
• Drive profitability through budgeting, purchasing, and commercial strategy
• Manage guest relations and service quality standards
• Develop B2C and B2B sales channels and local partnerships
• Oversee pre-opening logistics and launch planning

• 3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, travel, HoReCa or similar service sectors
• Proven pre-opening or rebranding experience is a big plus
• Background in sales, revenue management or marketing is highly valued
• Higher education in hospitality, management or related fields
• Fluent in Spanish (C1+) and English (B2+)
