Splendid Hospitality Group's The Grand in York is seeking a friendly Concierge - Luggage Porter to greet guests and support arrivals and departures. You will assist with luggage, escort guests to rooms, and contribute to a seamless and memorable stay.

As part of the Concierge team, you will help with local recommendations, answer questions about the hotel and area, coordinate taxis, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver outstanding service every day.
