Hotel BAR Helper Needed in London

A great opportunity for an ambitious, passionate and customer focused individual to work at one of the most exciting hotel groups in the world.
Duties will include the following:
- Obtain supplies and equipment for each bar and place liquors, fruits, glasses, linen or silverware in their respective places.
- Slice and pit fruit and fill ice bins with cubed or crushed ice from the ice machine in the kitchen area.
- Wash and dry beverage glasses for the bartender and carry away all the debris accumulated at the bar.
- Replace empty tap beer kegs as needed and may pour tap beer under the supervision of the bartender.
- Wipe counter areas and empty and wipe ash trays guests may be using.
- Assist bartenders in setting up service bars as portable bars for catering parties.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests and ; service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Speak with others using clear and professional language.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals.
You should be able to:
- Work in fast paced environment
- Wave an exceptional attention to details
- Be pro-active, hard working and reliable
- Be flexible regarding shifts
- Ensure your uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- Be confident
- And have hospitality industry bar experience in 5 star/luxury market.
