Job Description

Robert Half is partnering with a leading Family-Owned Investment Management firm to recruit an experienced Hotel Asset Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Oversight: Monitor and analyse hotel financial (P&L, budgets, forecasts, KPIs) to drive profitability and performance improvement.

  • Operational Support: Collaborate with hotel operators to enhance efficiency, control costs, and ensure compliance with brand and regulatory standards.

  • Strategic Asset Management: Support long-term asset planning, capital projects, and value-enhancing initiatives, including input on acquisitions, disposals, and renovations.

  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on UK hospitality trends and market dynamics to inform pricing, positioning, and growth strategies.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the key liaison between hotel operators and internal teams (finance, legal, investment), ensuring alignment with overall investment objectives.


Skills

  • 5 + years within Hotel Asset Management
  • Strong understanding of hotel finance, P&L management, and budgeting.

  • Proficiency in financial modelling and performance analytics.

  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with hotel GMs and operators.

  • Experience in reviewing and managing capital expenditures and ROI justifications.

  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and project management skills.

  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with tools like Power BI or similar platforms.

  • Knowledge of UK hospitality regulations and operational standards.

  • Ability and willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally to the European HQ.
