• Hospitality experience - ideally in pubs, restaurants, or boutique hotels

What You'll Do

As a Supervisor, you'll help deliver the relaxed but impeccable service The Hare & Hounds is known for:

• Lead the hotel team and Restaurant Team during service - setting the tone for warmth and efficiency
• Support and guide FOH colleagues - coaching newer team members
• Assist with daily operational tasks - including bookings and seating plans
• Champion quality service - ensuring food & drink leave the pass perfectly
• Maintain beautiful presentation - keeping bar, restaurant & terrace spaces guest ready
• Be a welcoming, familiar face - helping build relationships with local guests
• Support our dog friendly welcome - offering that thoughtful charm we're loved for
