Your missions revolve around several essential axes: taking orders, serving meals and beverages, monitoring food and hydration intake, in compliance with dietary restrictions and food safety: managing and organizing food supplies, maintaining equipment, cleaning and washing the kitchen, strictly adhering to hygiene standards in force. Hotel missions: maintaining the immediate environment of the residents, ensuring the smooth functioning of the establishment, and contributing to a clean, safe, and pleasant setting. Logistics of the unit: organizing orders, managing and ordering laundry, ensuring the daily smooth operation of the service. With your sense of service and kindness, you help maintain a reassuring and human environment, closely collaborating with care teams and other professionals in the establishment. We are looking for a reliable, committed, and service-oriented person, possessing the following skills: Experience in EMS or a strongly recommended hospital environment. Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and strict compliance with standards. Team spirit and ability to collaborate within a team. Kindness and interpersonal skills with a background in hospitality and/or hotel management. Excellent service skills. Ability and minimum AFP level. Proficient in oral and written French. Comfortable with tools or experience in the hotel and/or care sector. Legal conditions of less than 3 years, immune and medical good health.
