Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: Up to £13.86 per hour

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a reliable, high-performing team to ensure the smooth running of the hotel and a welcoming guest experience.
• Apply leadership and people-management skills learned in previous roles (e.g., retail) to inspire and coordinate staff.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met and maintained.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience through effective communication, organisation, and operational excellence.

• Ability to manage day-to-day hotel operations and motivate a team.
