Hotel - Duty Manager

Job Description

We're looking for a Duty Manager at the Skipton North (Gargrave) Premier Inn, working 32 hours per week. Pay up to £13.86 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a reliable, high-performing team ensuring the smooth running of the hotel.
• Apply leadership experience from retail or similar environments to maintain health & safety standards and create an exceptional guest experience.
• Communicate effectively with staff and guests, providing organisational support.
• Immediate start - all leadership experience relevant.

Qualifications

• Successful leadership experience in retail or comparable roles.
• Experience in managing people and driving service standards.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
