Role: Hotel Sales Executive

Location: Balbriggan, Co. Dublin
Salary: €40,000 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Hotel Sales Executive in Balbriggan.

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with corporate, leisure, and local clients. The successful candidate will work closely with the hotel leadership team to increase occupancy, maximize event bookings, and strengthen the property's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, and group segments.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
• Promote hotel facilities, accommodation, meetings, and events offerings.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain an accurate client database.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have experience in Hospitality.
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
