Job title: Hot Tub Cleaning & Maintenance Team Leader
Location: Green Hill Farm Holiday Village
Pay: c.£18,837 per annum
Hours: Average of 25 hours per week over 52 weeks (Peak season up to 40 hours then reduce to 20 or less off season)
Shifts: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Days: Must be available to work Mondays and Fridays. Two days off per week in peak season.
Live In: Not available with this role
Do you have a passion for creating fun, memorable experiences and leading a friendly team? Join our team at Green Hill Farm Holiday Village, our beautiful location in the heart of the New Forest. Reporting into the Head of Accommodation, the Hot Tub Cleaning and Maintenance Team Leader will oversee the day to day operation of a small team that will service, clean and maintain a fleet of holidaymaker & private hot tubs. This role is perfect if you are looking for a role that still pays you consistently 12 months of the year, but you are required to work fewer hours over the quieter winter months and more during the peak summer months.

What will you do?- Recruit, coach & manage a team to deliver first class guest standards.
- Liaise with the Housekeeping manager to ensure financial cost targets are met.
- Train and review team performance regularly & share with the line manager.
- Ensure that we follow company policies and S.O.P.S in line with H&S legislation.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of hot tubs, ensuring they are clean, safe, and ready for guest use.
- Ensure that hot tub operations are conducted safely and in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the whole park team to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Attend relevant courses that relate to the role.
We are looking for someone who will take pride in their work and loves interacting with customers.
Previous leadership experience is required to look after a team of up to 6 people, and knowledge of health and safety hot tub legislation would be advantageous.
The role will involve periods of standing/physical activity and working unsupervised.
A training course in Hot tub management & maintenance will be provided.
