Yes NoShare this role Your role at SignatureAs Hospitality Supervisor you will be supporting the Hospitality Manager to oversee a variety of non-clinical operations within the home, including Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Activities/Events to ensure every aspect of daily living is supported with dignity, joy, and individual attention.This will involve: Managing the planning and delivery of hospitality and wellbeing services across the home Leading, coordinating, and allocating team members to ensure seamless delivery across catering, cleaning, and resident engagement Enhancing the dining experience by participating in food service and ensuring a high standard of presentation and service Maintaining robust housekeeping standards for cleanliness and comfort Planning and supporting activities that encourage creativity, movement, and social engagement Advocating for resident choice and independence in everything you doResponsibilities will vary on each shift depending on which department you are supporting. What Signature Offer From £15.10 per hour Shift times: 09:00-17:30. Alternate weekends required . There may be some occasions where you will finish later depending on events taking place at the home.
