Are you a hospitality chef from a contract catering background?

My client is a leading contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Sous Chef in London .

For this Hospitality Sous Chef role, you will need to have:

• A background in contract catering at a Senior Chef de Partie, Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef level

• Experience catering for events for 100+ people

• The ability to work in a fast paced environment

• Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety

• A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce

All candidates applying for this Hospitality Sous Chef role must have been in a similar position within the last year and be from a contract catering background.
