Job Description
Meal Ticket is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of restaurant and hospitality customers and drive adoption of the MarketMan platform. You will be the primary contact after onboarding, ensuring value realization, renewals, and expansion opportunities across your accounts.
You will collaborate with Onboarding, Support, Sales, Expansion, and Product to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience and protect retention while surfacing opportunities for growth.
