Hospitality Operations Leader

Elior UK is seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead a team in a dynamic corporate catering environment. You will oversee 4 direct reports, partner with the General Manager, and drive service excellence across all events and daily operations.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, ensuring food safety standards, forecasting, stock control, menu management, and delivering outstanding client experiences. The role requires flexibility for evening events and overtime when needed.
