Hospitality Operations Leader - Multi-Hotel Cluster

Locke London City & Locke London Aldgate is seeking a driven Cluster Operations Manager to support hotel operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance to ensure smooth daily performance and brand standards.

Reporting to the Cluster General Manager, you will lead by example, coach department heads, manage budgets, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining a positive, high-performing culture across multiple properties.
