Hospitality Managers Required at Chelsea FC - 2025/26 Season

Calling all Hospitality managers! Can you manage a team and deliver the best service anyone has ever had? We are looking for a variety of Hospitality managers- Section managers managers, Buffet supervisor, Bar Managaers and more!

From Champions league/ Premier league fixtures to hosting the Womens super league, Stamford bridge has a busy 2025/26 ahead and we are looking for amazing individuals to join our Hospitality Management team.

Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to handle and serve alcohol during the shift therefore in order to be considered you must be aged 18+!

Job details

Hourly Rate: From £16.00 to £21.88 Based on area and role

Shifts: 10 hours approx. (match day and non-match day shifts available) -

Location: Chelsea Football Club, Stamford Bridge

Career Progression: Opportunities to advance into higher management roles

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend pre-match briefings and complete required training
• Supervise team operations and guest interactions
• Collaborate with kitchen and/or and service teams for smooth delivery
• Ensure adherence to food safety and allergen procedures
• Handle customer and staff feedback professionally
• Lead upselling efforts to maximise revenue
• Ensure bar and floor staff operate efficiently and effectively

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Clear communication and problem-solving abilities
• Background in hospitality, catering, or bar management
• Cash handling and stock control knowledge
• Excellent attention to detail and service delivery
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
