Hospitality Manager - The Convention Centre Dublin

Full Time / Permanent, €45,000 + bonus and excellent benefits including healthcare, wellbeing support, 20 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, meals on duty, and more.
We're looking for a dedicated Hospitality Manager to oversee daily hospitality operations as part of the talented team at The Convention Centre Dublin (CCD), a renowned city centre events venue offering 22 multi functional rooms used for conferences, banquets, meetings, and exhibitions.
Responsibilities- Develop strong relationships with clients to enhance the customer experience, increase revenues through upselling and maximise repeat business
- Ensure service delivery is consistent and to the highest standard across all events
- Assist with the development and review of operational SOPs and ensure these are adhered to at all times
- Work with HR/People Operations to recruit, train and develop a team of hospitality professionals
- Plan rosters in advance of events according to agreed staff ratios and wage budgets
- Contribute to the delivery of the organisation's sustainability objectives
You will be responsible for a fixed team of hospitality staff and a number of casual staff depending on the event.
Qualifications- Proven experience in large volume hospitality management
- Proven client relationship management
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop a dynamic hospitality team
- Experience working within financial budgets and targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A third level qualification in Hospitality Management is desirable
